John has always been passionate about cinema and filmmaking. Since 2015 John has been a full time film producer collaborating with local and national organisations to bring their stories to screen.

Alex spent around 15 years working across film, television, and advertising before relocating to Devon, where he now teaches film and photography. During his career he worked on a wide range of productions, including documentary projects, narrative films, television programmes, and music videos in both the UK and internationally.

Paul has enjoyed a long career working in the arts and communications, mainly within the voluntary and statutory sectors.

Grace inherited her love for film and photography from her father, a journalistic and dance photographer who first put a camera in her hands age four. She has since nurtured that passion into a career blending commercial and creative photo and video, with roles in advocacy, printmaking, science communication, and geology.
